Q- What are your standard delivery charges?
A- Five Star Delivery will propose a delivery charge based on each individual retailer's needs. Please feel free to contact us for more information.
Q- What are your delivery window time frames?
A- We understand that customers value their time. Our standard delivery window is a 3 hour time frame with each customer given a 20-30 minute call ahead from our delivery teams prior to arriving at their residence.
Q- Can customers request time frames?
A- Typically, we can't guarantee customer time frames because of the amount of stops our trucks handle within a days time but we can guarantee the delivery day and always make every attempt possible to satisfy a customer's time request.
Q- Are you licensed and insured?
A- Yes, we carry all required insurances by law such as General Liability, Auto Liability, Cargo as well are D.O.T. compliant in 48 states.
Q- Do you move or remove old furniture?
A- Generally, we do not remove or move old furniture from a customers home unless this has been requested by the retailer. At time of delivery, rooms should be move in ready and free of old furniture.
Q- What forms of payment do you accept?
A- For C.O.D. paying customers, our delivery teams can accept Cash, Cashier Check, Money Order, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
